Cotton Poplin is a strong and tightly woven cotton fabric with a smooth, soft feel that is used for clothing and crafting. This fabric uses a plain weave similar to quilting cotton but is less susceptible to wrinkling and easier to iron. We have used this as a backing fabric to our face masks as it is soft and tightly woven.
Washing Instructions – Manufacturer says 40-degree machine wash. Medium tumble-dry. We strongly recommend testing a small piece first to be sure.
All fabrics are cut from our stock in our studio in Dorset UK.
PRICING & CUTS:
HALF METRES & MULTIPLES THEREOF – We sell our fabric by the Half Metre, which equates to a piece of fabric measuring 50cm high by 110cm – 114cm wide (manufacturers selvidge to selvidge). If you require more than half a metre then please increase the quantity accordingly, for instance a quantity of 2 will give you 1 metre of fabric, 3 will give you a metre and a half and so on. Multiple quantities will be cut as one continuous length.
