Store and carry rulers, an 18″ x 24″ mat, and more in these handy padded wraps.
Organizers in two sizes may be hung or folded for travel. Straps secure the flap and an adjustable, detachable, padded carrying strap make the carrier easy to transport.
The small carrier measures 47″H x 27″W when open and folds to 10″ to 20″H x 27″W x 1-1/2″ to 2-1/2″D
The large carrier measures 68″H x 27″W when open and folds to 10″ to 20″H x 27″W x 2-1/2″ to 3-1/2″D
Mesh pockets zip closed to keep rulers visible and in place, even when the bag is rolled up and carried. Pockets may be customized with divisions and extra zipper pulls to fit your preferences.
Padded strips on each side of the interior of the organizer help protect and cushion ruler edges and also securely hold an 18″ x 24″ mat for easy carrying to class.
TIP: Due to the size of this project, we recommend that the fabrics be quilted on a long arm. Watch the Add-On Video for helpful tips for choosing fabrics, customizing the design, assembling the wrap, and dealing with the large pieces.

NOT INCLUDED – Pattern Pieces! you will not find any pattern pieces within the pack. Instead of pattern pieces you will be expected to cut the squares and rectangles of fabric yourself and these are then shaped as required as you follow the pattern.
The easiest and most accurate way to cut out the fabric pieces is to use a rotary cutter, cutting mat and quilting ruler. You will also need a line on your cutting mat which shows a 45 degree angle for cutting some of the bag bindings.

The pattern calls for ByAnnies Soft and Stable which is a lightweight foam which gives body to the bag. This material is available in the UK, but can be quite expensive. A good alternative to this is Vlieseline Sew In Foam which is available within this shop.
